Yesterday was National Macaroni Day so Chris and I wanted to celebrate properly! We recently purchased a box of Road's End Organics Dairy Free Mac and Cheese, Alfredo Style. We had never tried this brand before so we thought, why not!
It called for soy milk, and thankfully, we had some on hand!
We served it with some of Chris' homemade bread and voila! a perfectly tasty dinner for two!
I'll celebrate any holiday so National Macaroni Day (July 7th) is on my calendar from now on!
